The Grand Traverse County Commissioners office stated today that the loan for 45th Parallel Furniture was approved at last night’s meeting. The company will be located in the old Super Tool building on U.S. 31 in Elk Rapids.
Still pending is the special use permit from the Village Planning Commission, to be discussed at a meeting on April 26.
