45th Parallel Furniture obtains SUP

sofa2At a regular meeting of the Village Planning Commission last night, by vote taken after considerable discussion, 45th Parallel Furniture, owned by Dennis Valkanoff, obtained a Special Use Permit (SUP) to operate an upholstered furniture business at the corner of U.S. 31 and First Street, on the premises of the former Super Tool Company.
