After a long dormant period, the Harbor Café at 129 River Street has now opened under new management. New owners are Chad Canter and Kay Clark. Chad used to be a cook at Regalo. Shannon Schmidt, the former chef at Regalo is serving there part time.
Harbor Café is open for breakfast and lunch until 3 p.m. Closed Mondays.
I have been advised to try the Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast, so I will visit soon.

We had lunch at the Harbor Cafe today. The food was great! There are so many fantastic menu choices we will have to keep going back so we can try everything. We had the special soup that I was told was prepared that day, Crab Portabella. It was the best soup I have ever had.
